9.The tenant must pay the first month's rent upon signing the lease;
10.The condo will be clean on the occupancy date and the unit must be returned in the same conditions: this includes all inclusions of the condo, as well as the condition of the floor and walls. Except for normal wear and tear, any damage will be repaired at the TENANT'S expense before leaving the premises;
11. The tenant will be responsible for paying any penalty due to non-compliance with the regulations and the declaration of co-ownership or any costs due to the loss of the key/remote control/chip;
12.The owner must have access to visit the condo with 24 hours notice.
