Our history goes back more than two decades ago when our founder started his family business in Hubei province, China. Within a decade, we had grown to manage and develop more than 50 million square feet of residential and commercial projects. In 2011, we brought our experience and passion for real estate to Vancouver. We started by acquiring, servicing and managing properties, and to date, our property management team manages over 100 tenants. In 2015 our team grew again to include a construction division to service new multi-family homes, rental homes and large-scale renovations. Since our inception, our team has grown and gained experience to take on new challenges every step of the way. Today, our most recent success is the launch of a new multi-residential community - Lina on Cambie.
