Patterson Place is car friendly. It is very convenient to park. However, Patterson Place is not very transit friendly. Nonetheless, there are a few bus lines, and the closest bus stop is usually just around the corner. Travelling on foot is not particularly feasible for residents in Patterson Place because running daily errands is at times challenging by walking.
Services
Parents and their kids will value that no matter where their home is situated in this area, daycares and schools are nearby. As far as eating is concerned, the closest grocery store in Patterson Place is generally only a rather short walk away. There are also a few restaurants in this neighbourhood.
Character
Patterson Place is excellent for those who prefer quiet surroundings, as there are generally low levels of noise from traffic.
