Remarques :
-All visits with a minimum notice of 24 hours.
-The tenant must respect all the rules and regulations of the building. The tenant will assume full responsibility for any fine resulting from non-compliance with this obligation.
-No subletting, air bnb or modification in any way is permitted without the written consent of the owner.
-No smoking: It is strictly prohibited to cultivate or smoke marijuana in the apartment, on the balcony or in the common areas of the property.
-Animals are not allowed.
-The condo must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered, except for normal deterioration due to time.
-Rent payment will be sent to the owner on the first day of the month by electronic transfer, email or check.
-References, positive credit check and proof of employment/income/funds are required before accepting an offer to the satisfaction of the owner.
-Before occupation, the tenant must send the owner proof of civil insurance (coverage of 2 million dollars).
-A deposit for the first month of rental as well as a security deposit are required upon acceptance of the lease.
Inclusions: réfrigérateur, cuisinière, laveuse et sécheuse, 1 espace de stationnement extérieur (#5) et luminaires.
Exclusions : Électricité, chauffage, câble, internet et téléphone.
