With proven experience and professional skills I offer all set of brokerage services and having influenced an entire industry by personalized relationships between me as a broker and my clients. In fact, my philosophy is built so that the clients, not the broker, is at the center of every transaction. I am determined to provide the best service for my clients in all aspects, working with buyers and sellers all price points in Laurentides, Laval and Montreal. Either selling or buying, I ensures my clients are happy, and being a tough negotiator, is the key to my success. I like simplifying the process by making the buying or selling fun. Going through a real estate transaction is a very personal experience, so I put myself in my client’s shoes and show personalized approach. Time is very big asset in real estate, and I go above and beyond to quickly respond to my clients, do a follow up, even weeks after closing the sale. Each of my clients are unique, and so is each transaction. By reviewing the client’s specific needs, I aspire to leave my clients with a memorable selling or buying experience. I love what I do and to be the best, I work closely with mortgage specialists, brokers, lawyers, home inspectors, which ensures a smooth transaction from the initial time to closing.
