Omar has close to 25 years of I.T. support experience, managing computer networks and helpdesk teams. Prior to joining Royal LePage, Omar managed support teams for both internal and external customer support at various SMBs in a mix of industries, from transportation logistics to software developers. Omar worked at IBM Canada in desktop support, and then at Epicor (formerly NSB) supporting and implementing Retail Management and Point of Sales systems for chains such as Gymboree, Tommy Hilfiger and Build-a-Bear.
