Originally from Ottawa, he made the move to this beautiful island in 2014 and has since become deeply rooted in the local real estate community. With a strong technical background, James offers a unique skill set that blends traditional real estate expertise with a modern approach. His proficiency in social media and web-based tools sets him apart in the world of real estate, allowing him to effectively market and sell properties for his clients. He takes great pleasure in working with both buyers and sellers, but his passion truly lies in the multi-residential space, where he also has personal experience as a real estate investor. His personal life revolves around the peaceful surroundings of Springvale, where he lives spending time outdoors with his beautiful partner, Martine, and his loyal shepherd mix dog, Sunny.
