Expérience professionnelle
I began my real estate career in 2006 as a Real Estate receptionist, learning the ropes and gleaning information about the business. I was encouraged to obtain my license so in 2007 I became a Registered Realtor®. My background had been in social work, particularly working with young offenders in Probation and Custody settings. That’s where I learned to negotiate with the toughest of negotiators. Part of what I love about my job is asking questions to find out the motivations of my clients for making a change and providing pros and cons of their options to guide them through their choices without making the choices for them. All very much in line with my social work training and education. In 2018, I took my further training to become a Registered Broker to be able to service my clients even more so with my knowledge and education. Integrity, Information, and Communication, are some of the values I have held dear over the years. It’s so important to me to provide my clients with as much information as they need to make the best choices for their situation, to communicate the information in a timely and clear manner, and do this all with integrity and transparency in every situation. My clients are often friends and family, previous clients, and those they have referred to me. I value the trust those in my circle of influence have in me and that spurs me to always do the best job I can possibly to for my clients, whether it’s marketing their property, helping them assess their next home, or negotiating the best possible deal for them.
