I started my business career in sales with IBM for 6 years and continued in sales with two other multinationals after that. This provided me with world-class training and business fundamentals, which became the mainstay of several successful businesses I founded in "business development consulting" and then "international market research".
It was a number of years later in 2008 when my business experiences led to a career in real estate. The cornerstone of my real estate business has been focused on clients buying, selling, and investing in real estate in the Western regions of the Greater Toronto Area, both city and country properties in which I have particular expertise. For several years I volunteered at the board level and sat on two committees: "The Professional Standards Committee" and "The Government Relations Task Force" and I'm one of 71,000+ members of the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board.
After downsizing a couple of times myself and returning to my roots in Toronto, I became passionate about helping others navigate this often overwhelming transition. Whether you have elderly parents selling the family home or circumstances dictate a move to a smaller one, my carefully tailored 5-step program I call 'NestShift', offers resources, practical support and guidance tailored to every unique situation. I've now guided many clients through the downsizing process and 'NestShift' seems to ease the stress of the transition and allows them to embrace their new lifestyle with confidence.
