I chose the word ‘principled’ for my brokerage as I operate by specific guiding principles. I believe in honesty and transparency and in providing the information you need as the consumer to make the right decision for you, even if that decision means you choose not to sell a property. Providing every option includes the option of staying where you are and renovating or keeping an existing property and buying an additional one. My job is to know the questions. You have the answers. I pride myself on having honest conversations about your real estate position without you worrying that I will only steer you in a direction where I profit.
