Mihaela Nitescu is no ordinary real estate agent. Her personality is expressly suited to the real estate profession. Those who know her, would describe her as a warm, bubbly and vivacious person, who loves to have fun. Nevertheless, Mihaela takes her role as real estate agent, extremely seriously. Mihaela comes into the business, with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, and with over seven years experience working with three successful consulting engineering firms in Toronto. She would have remained in that industry, except for the fact that her deep love of people began to awaken a new desire and purpose within her. Suddenly, life was about something bigger and more important for Mihaela. She longed to make a difference in people’s lives. Her extraordinary accomplishments in the Real Estate industry are accentuated by the numerous awards that she has received. Included in these honors from Royal LePage, is the President’s Gold Award for consecutive years (2004-2021), Lifetime Award of Excellence in 2012 and 20 Years Long Service Award in 2021. Most significantly, Mihaela is exceedingly versatile. Despite the fact that she has lived in the Yorkville Annex area for many years, she is intimately familiar with many neighborhoods in the GTA. She has a flair for mediation and negotiation. She is proficient at communicating with people, no matter their point of reference.
