Leah Monerawela has spent the past 12 years getting to know every corner of Toronto’s West End. Before moving to Toronto she graduated from Dublin City University with a BA in Communications Studies. She also enjoyed training in acting at the Gaiety School of Acting, Dublin. Leah learned about true hard work growing up in the family media business and worked in cinema advertising in Ireland’s capital city. She has experience in a vast range of fields. Always a fan of architecture, when she first moved to Toronto, Leah explored the many unique and beautiful neighbourhoods of the west end and was in awe of the stunning architectural heritage to be found in this city. She is extremely passionate about preserving the architectural heritage and integrity of Toronto. She is a self confessed real estate addict with a huge passion for interior design. She has loved living in the wonderful neighbourhoods of Bloor West Village, The Kingsway and is now happily living in Sunnylea with her young family. Leah knows just how happy the perfect home, in the perfect neighbourhood can truly make a family. She has explored so many of the fabulous resources and amenities the west end has to offer with her young family. She is enthusiastic about sharing her knowledge with her clients. Leah understands that when you purchase a home you are also buying your place on the street, the neighbourhood, the school, the restaurants and a lifestyle. Leah is committed and passionate about finding her clients the perfect lifestyle, happiness and sense of home.
