I specialize in the disposition and the sourcing of Commercial properties in Toronto and surrounding Municipalities (and for major properties throughout Southern Ontario) for 22 years and have completed numerous transactions, primarily for the following property types: infill redevelopment sites; development land (residential, retail, and employment); Government, School Board, and Institutional properties; Places of Worship; Lakefront development properties; Camps and Conferences Centres; Industrial Buildings; and Investment properties. In addition to 'regular' Sellers - individuals and companies, I have completed transactions for numerous governmental agencies, non-profit organizations, School Boards, Colleges, and religious organizations including the Toronto District School Board, the Toronto Catholic District School Board, Go Transit, the City of Toronto, the Ontario Realty Corporation, the Anglican Diocese of Toronto, Sheridan College, the Family Services Association of Toronto, Ontario Power Generation, Canada lands, various church congregations, the Royal Canadian Legion, and the Halton Region District School Board. Also I have completed the sale of properties under Power of Sale for numerous Financial Institutions and Receivers including the Bank of Nova Scotia, KPMG, the Co-operators Insurance, Manulife, Zurich Life, MCAP, Effort Trust, Ernt & Young, the Royal Bank, Richter & Partners, Farber & Associates, Mega Commercial Bank (Taiwan), Baywood Financial, and the Toronto-Dominion Bank, among others. For superior sales performance at Cushman & Wakefield, I was awarded the President's Sales Award (10 times), and the Award of Excellence (for sustained sales performance over a period of time), and the Diamond Award of Merit for 2010-2012 at Royall LePage.
