Sam with his wife Nancy are both registered Sales Representatives with Royal LePage-Your Community in York Region Sam and Nancy have developed an extensive list of professionals from Real Estate Lawyers, Land Title Insurance Consultants, Home Inspectors, Mortgage Brokers, and Surveyors to Contractors and Trades People. Recepient of several National Awards: President Gold, Masters Sales Achievement and Multi-Million Dollar Producer. Their client base is primarily generated from referrals. Sam and Nancy are both strong believers in education and life-long learning; constantly updating his skills in the industry through continuing education. Sam and Nancy are both holders of several post secondary degrees: Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Education, Master of Science in Education, Nationally Certified Basketball Coach. Former instructor in CPR and First Aid. Sam is a facilator for the Police Youth Forum in York Region Sam and Nancy are both in good standing with the following professional organizations, TREB, RECO, OREA, CREA and OTF.
