I grew up in Niagara and have lived here almost my entire life. There is so much to love about the Region, it is an amazing place to live. I married my wife here almost a decade ago and have an awesome little guy who just turned two and another one who's almost here! I chose Real Estate simply because of how important it is for the overall financial success of most families and I think that I have a lot to offer prospective clients. With over 15 years of construction experience I can accurately present construction costs or address potential problems on site to help speed up the decision making process or save you from a potential mistake. I have owned my own construction company for 10 of those years and have an extensive network of trades and professional people in my realm of association. I have experience in evaluating investment properties, analyzing returns on investments as well as experience in high dollar negotiating. To succeed in business, or any walk of life, honesty and integrity is a necessity. I plan to mix these things together with diligence and be a Realtor you can count on. I consider it a great responsibility when a customer trusts me to help them navigate through their Real Estate transaction. I give the same consideration to someone trusting me with their referrals.
