I am a seasoned professional with a diverse background that spans over three decades. Originally from Pakistan, I hold a Master's degree in sociology and have earned a BA equivalency in Canada. My career journey has been marked by a commitment to customer service and a varied set of roles. For the past 24 years, I successfully owned and operated a gas station, honing my entrepreneurial and customer-centric skills. During this time, I also had the opportunity to contribute to the financial sector as a Mobile Mortgage Specialist at TD Bank. This experience broadened my understanding of financial services and further strengthened my customer relationship management abilities. The last 12 years have seen me in the dynamic role of a train operator, showcasing my dedication and adaptability in a specialized field. Outside of my professional endeavors, I take pride in a 31-year-long marriage and raising two accomplished children. I am deeply passionate about customer service, a theme that has woven through every chapter of my career.
