Older homes are my expertise, as I worked in the renovation/new home construction industry as a carpenter and contractor for 10+ years. From heated slabs and ICF construction to kitchen and bathroom renovations, there isn’t much I haven’t had my hands into at one point or another. From two of my own extensive house renovations in Wellington West, I have learned which upgrades bring the best return and have the vision to help transform a space to its best and most beautiful self – all the while respecting the budget! I have established relationships with many trusted tradesmen and suppliers who can help homeowners with any situation they find themselves in – from needing an electrician, plumber or mason to finding a lawyer, appraiser or mortgage broker. I am also a registered TPSP with Brookfield for all your relocation needs. My goal is to make your home buying or selling process as seamless as possible, help you identify your own specific needs in a property and make it an enjoyable experience for all involved.
