Kim is a Real Estate Agent serving Ottawa and surrounding areas, specializing in Residential and Investment Real Estate. Prior to becoming a full-time Realtor, Kim worked for a global consulting company specializing in Management and Technology consulting, where she developed strong Business Acumen and Negotiation Skills while building trusted Client Relationships and exceptional Project Management skills. The experience and skills from this career translated well into Real Estate, especially in building trust with clients, and negotiating the sale process. Over the years Kim developed a passion for Real Estate, starting with several personal home purchases, and then moving into investment properties. She decided to take this passion and, combined with her knowledge and understanding of the business world, concluded that becoming a realtor would be a perfect fit. Kim knows the Ottawa area very well as she attended University here, and has lived in the City for 25+ years.
