After completing his Graduate degree in Computer Sciences and Bachelors in Commerce , Hammad Arif quickly rose up the ranks and ultimately managed operations for a Louisville based Fortune 500 YUM corporation that has presence in 139 countries and over $12 billion in sales. Hammad was awarded 'Best Of The Best Award' at YUM Corporation for his outstanding managerial skills. Seeing what he could do for a large corporation, Hammad's entrepreneurial flair came into being after deciding to enter the Home and Mold inspection business. After acquiring his Home Inspection certification, Hammad has certified over a Thousand properties for owners and buyers looking to purchase properties across the GTA. With that experience in hand and attention for detail Hammad has also successfully managed and lead investment construction projects and renovations across Ontario. Not surprisingly Hammad is known in the GTA for being one of the most passionate real estate professionals in the industry. His unique background in business, his relentless customer centric energy and positive can-do attitude has helped him retain his impressive client base. Hammad is also a director/owner at Pathway Luxury Suites Inc. , providing furnished corporate housing in the heart of Mississauga. Hammad is a proud father of two children who inspire him everyday. He is also actively involved in social work and in his spare time likes playing cricket and traveling with his family. Hammad was awarded RE/MAX Executive Club award in 2013 and was recognized by RE/MAX for outstanding sales achievement in September 2014.
