Hello & thank you for joining me here. The world of Real Estate has shown such a vast amount of technical development over the years, but there is one thing that will always remain the same. In my day to day career I advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages regulations, legal requirements and the dynamic ever evolving world of Real Estate. Most importantly I guide my seller clients to better understand what strategies will get their house sold in less time for more money. In addition I pridefully help my buyer clients navigate the market and get them to their home ownership goals regardless of market conditions. Having a skilled Realtor who serves as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers is of the utmost. The job is not done until well beyond the closing date, I coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents, disbursement of funds, post closing protocol & host a quality of life assessments. I pride myself in being very hands on in the communities i service. We are all connected and it is vital we have a better idea of the businesses and resources around us and moreover how we can better help each other. As a Community Ambassador I have dedicated myself to support and help local business and professions in our Community by interviewing both business and professionals and promoting them on a platform to be viewed by the masses.
