Originally from Kingston, Ontario Beth moved to Ottawa to attend University in the mid 80’s. Beth has first-hand experience with federal government relocations and house hunting trips being married to a member of the Canadian Forces since 1989. Beth returned with her family to the Ottawa area in 1998 where she and her husband have raised their two children. After 15 years in the social service sector, Beth transitioned along a new career path to General Manager in residential construction where she managed the day to day operations of a custom home construction business. Beth was involved in the entire process from managing the sales office, securing and negotiating all sales & contracts, customizing home plans, selecting designs & finishes and working with the clients and trades throughout the entire process from the pre-construction phase to the post-construction phase. The transition to licensed sales representative was a natural progression for Beth, bringing with her a high level of expertise to the real estate industry where she has been able to expand the range of products available to her clients and provide a wider scope of services. Having worked in the construction industry for over 10 years, Beth has an extensive network of partners in her business that she will confidently share with her clients. Beth entered the Ottawa real estate market with immediate success achieving award levels every year, including & Rookie of the Year in her first year of business. In 2015 Beth completed the year with the distinction of being the #1 individual agent for Royal LePage Gale Real Estate and received the distinguished Emerald Award; Top 40 Royal LePage Agents based on sales status in Eastern Ontario.
