Stacey MacDonald, CCIM joined Royal Lepage Commercial in September 2021 after spending 14 consecutive years as a broker with a global commercial real estate brokerage in which she has completed a variety of transactions on both the investment and leasing side of the commercial real estate industry. Stacey obtained her CCIM designation in 2019, which demonstrates she is a recognized expert in the commercial and investment real estate industry. Stacey’s superior attention to detail while continuing to educate herself within the industry has lead to a proven track record, solid relationships, and the ability to provide first class, knowledgeable service our clients expect. Stacey is also a long standing member of ICSC since 2008, where she attends yearly events through this organization in which she continues to strengthen her relationships with national landlords, tenant reps and other CRE Brokers. She is also a member of the International Business Brokers Association. Stacey is a proud supporter of the Homes for Heroes Kingston Village and the Royal Lepage Shelter Foundation, and was the Kingston and Area Real Estate Association's President in 2023.
