For over 40 years, Mrs. Joan Smith’s consistency in real estate has been proven by her success and in the numerous awards of recognition. In 2018, Joan was inducted into the Royal LePage Hall of Fame. Joan’s first title of “#1 in Ottawa in 1973” from MLS and “Top 1% in Canada” for Royal LePage for over 40 years. She is unique in the industry with her experience. In addition she has acquired the following designations to further her knowledge to market, value and negotiate on behalf of sellers and buyers. FRI- Fellow, Real Estate Institute - successfully completed university courses in real estate, such as urban development and economics. CMR - Certified in the Marketing of Real Estate - satisfied the professional, educational and experience requirements for membership in the Real Estate Institute of Canada. CRA - Canadian Residential Appraiser - passed all requirements and examinations of the bylaws and regulations of the Appraisal Institute of Canada Broker - Met requirements to be registered as a broker by the Real Estate Council of Ontario. Joan compliments her team of professionals, all with university education, who support her and her clients in all aspects of the buying and selling experience.
