Rick a Realtor for over 32 years forms a partnership with his spouse Sandra Parrott, Rick & Sandra are Your Real Estate Partners. Rick is a designated MVA Residential, Market Value Appraiser. He has also earned the prestigious Certified Luxury Home Marketing designation and been awarded membership in the Million Dollar Guild in recognition of his knowledge, experience and expertise in the luxury home market. In 2010 Rick won an Outstanding Personal Achievement Award from The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing for his contributions to his local community. In 2010 he also was the winner of the Notable Networker Award in the BNI Muskoka North Chapter. Some of the community organizations and associations Rick is involved with include: The Table Soup Kitchen and Food Bank, Huntsville Curling Club, Huntsville Festival of the Arts, Muskoka Community Church and The Door Youth Centre.
