With over 30 Years of Sales Experience, President and Owner of Two Very Successful Retail Businesses in Yorkville and Uptown Toronto and My Firm Belief of Honesty and Integrity Have given me a Great Career with Long lasting Clients. Working directly with the Public on a daily basis has taught me many Humbling Lessons. My love for working with people has complemented the many different Sales Experiences I enveloped over My 30 Years. In whatever facet of Sales I focused on, the One Main thing that brought me Success was treating Everyone as I would want to be treated and understanding how emotional the Selling and Buying process is for My Clients. ?For over 4 Years I worked with a Top Canadian Commercial Broker focused on Multi Residential Apartment Building Sales and Investment Properties. I assisted in the Property Management of over 300 Suites and Marketed all the Properties in the Portfolio. I have Leased many Commercial Units with an Average of 10 days on the Market and received 100% of the Asking Price on ALL my deals to date. All of these Experiences have given me a Wealth of Knowledge and ALL the tools needed to Represent Great Clients going forward in Residential and Commercial Real Estate.
