I have spent nearly 15 years helping families with their real estate needs, with also a background in logistics. I have established the organizational skills that are required to maintain deadlines, but equally, I am hardworking and dedicated to assisting the community of people I serve. My attention to detail is key to provide the best possible outcome for the client as well as ensuring integrity is always intact. I have had the honour of building my clientele mainly from referrals and as a result, it has allowed me to assist people from various cultures, ages and different parts of the city, suburb and rural communities. The situations that arise from “wanting to move” to “having to move” bring on different stresses and anxieties which need to be handled with integrity and compassion - supported by knowledge and expertise. I have always gone above and beyond the initial expectation to ensure peace of mind and a positive end result. With serving various families and individuals over the years, it has been my privilege to be chosen to assist in many sensitive situations - whether people are moving from one city/province/country to another, the loss of parents or other family members, dissolving of the family unit, downsizing because of failing health or age and even incidences due to failing credit. I have also experienced assisting with the joys of new home ownership, growing families and even investment properties and tenancy. Each situation has required me to be able to efficiently adapt, giving a similar amount of effort however, the focus being different every time. Because I understand the emotion and pride all of us often invest into making these decisions, I truly value the opportunity to represent the client, assisting with their needs during and after the transition, bringing compassion and empathy as needed and any hand holding that may be required to ensure that every step of the process is understood. It is imperative that trust can be established to help rid any reservations they may have about hiring an agent or about the entire process altogether.
