My Enthusiasm and interest in the property market lead me to leave the corporate world and pursue my dream of working in real estate since 2005. My experience in the marketing industry has provided me the sales insight to succeed in real estate. As a professional real estate investor and consultant it has helped fuel this passion and has given me the essential knowledge and understanding of the property market and particularly the residential sector. I strive to learn as much as possible to advise my clients on their real estate portfolio. My familiarity of market tendency has lead to a solid sales history that is reflected in the assurance and trust of my clients. Working within residential real estate has taught me the importance of treating each client as an individual human being. While it is essential to be sales driven, it is also critical to balance this by fostering a professional relationship built on trust and understanding. My area of expertise includes retail and commercial investment and Divorce Real Estate, across the GTA, and surrounding area.
