Dedicated, honest, detailed, knowledgeable, and professional, I am a lifelong resident of the Brantford and Brant County area where my wife Jayne of 35 years, and I have raised our two children and are now enjoying our country property in St. George. A seasoned veteran of the residential and commercial real estate market, I bring more than twenty-five years of construction experience to my clients. With extensive knowledge of building, renovating, and remodeling homes and buildings, as well as developing multiplex rental properties, I can provide unique advice, guidance, and perspective when considering whether a given property meets your needs as well to help you see a property ‘s hidden potential. An Economics graduate from the University of Waterloo and a graduate of Residential Design and Construction from Mohawk Collage as well as the Ontario Mortgage Agent Course, I understand the value of ongoing education, the marketplace, the home valuation process, and the psychology of buyers and sellers.
