Johnathon is a lifetime resident of Nova Scotia, currently residing in the Windsor area and has come to call it home. He is an award winning REALTOR® for 13 consecutive years. Most recently being awarded the National Chairman's Club honour which puts Johnathon in the top 1% of Royal LePage REALTORS® across Canada for the 6th consecutive year. Johnathon is the Team Leader for the Benedict Real Estate Group which currently consists of 7 full time agents, a full time Operations Manager, a full time Listing & Marketing Coordinator and most recently added a staging component to his business. With a vision to grow, Johnathon is always looking for innovative marketing ideas, strategic alliances and motivated individuals to add to this already successful group. Johnathon has a beautiful daughter Hennessy and is an animal lover of all kinds, but is most fond of large breed dogs, currently as part of the family are his Presa Canario "Finnius" and Cane Corso "Meisha". Outside of selling real estate, he enjoys staying active whether in the gym or outside hiking with his dogs. He is an avid traveller and loves to explore new places, good food and is always up for adventures with his daughter. His passion for Real Estate is evident, making new relationships and helping clients reach their real estate goals has a huge impact on what motivates him, whether his clients are looking to buy their first home, sell their family home or grow their investment portfolio he will ensure the best advice is given to produce the best result.
