After over four years of being licensed in real estate in Halifax I completed my Brokers Licensing Course in 2016 and in January 2017 officially became an Associate Broker. After my first complete year with my previous Brokerage and despite a slow market I had become a top producer in 2014. As my client base grew and I wanted to increase my time with my clients I joined forces with my business partner Scott Moulton and we founded "Platinum Group." As a team of two we have become one of the most active and highest producing REALTORS® teams in Halifax (based on reported MLS® number of sales and sales volume). In August 2018 we moved to Royal LePage Atlantic to further build our team. We have set Platinum Group up to provide a high level of service to our Buyers and Sellers. 2016 recorded MLS® sales show Platinum Group exceeded the performance of all individual REALTORS® and teams in Bedford (MLS® area 20). Bedford is "close to home" as I do live in the community and know it well, however, even though Bedford is home, MLS® recorded sales in 2016 show that 50% of Platinum Group sales occurred outside of Bedford. I enjoy working and specializing in my community of Bedford and at the same time I find it valuable to be actively engaged in the market throughout Halifax and Dartmouth. My clients vary in age and professions but are united by their appreciation of the professional process and exceptional service that I have come to be known for. I take nothing for granted and appreciate each opportunity to earn the business of a new client. Although I began University in my home province of British Columbia, I graduated from Dalhousie University. I am proud to call Halifax home and I am involved in the local community. I co-founded 100 Entrepreneurs NS (Spring 2015), an event that encouraged youth entrepreneurs to compete for a seed investment given to them by business leaders in the city (each donated a minimum of $100.00 and the total investment was over $10,000!). 100 Entrepreneurs NS had their second even in the Fall of 2016.
