Driven by a lifelong passion for design, architecture, history, and home renovation, she joined the Falkwin Group in 2011 after a successful career in business administration. Real estate was a natural evolution; one that allows Heather to combine strategic expertise with meaningful, people-focused work. Highly regarded within the industry, Heather maintains a Fellowship (FRI) of the Real Estate Institute of Canada, which she earned in 2019. As well, Heather holds an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation. These credentials reflect her ongoing commitment to professional excellence, ethical practice, and exceptional client service. Heather’s approach is grounded in listening first. Her priority is to understand your goals, then guide you with clarity and confidence through a personally tailored buying or selling process. Known for her positive energy, professionalism, and steady guidance, Heather strives to make each experience informed and seamless, while keeping things enjoyable along the way! Originally from Dartmouth, Heather has lived on both coasts of Canada as well as in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado. With more than 12 personal real estate transactions, several relocations, and countless renovation projects behind her, she brings firsthand insight into the complexities—and emotions—of moving. This perspective allows her to advocate for her clients with empathy, patience, and precision. As a parent of four and grandmother of two, Heather understands the evolving needs of busy families at every stage of life. Outside of real estate, Heather loves enjoying the outdoors with her family and her dog, Jelly. She is an avid kayaker, skier and equestrian; she and her teenaged son love to call Bedford their home.
