Sue brings with her a background in property assessment and valuation having worked for the provincial government. Sue worked extensively with property owners, contractors doing individual valuation work as well as analysis in office of market information. Sue routinely represented the province at the Appeal Board Hearings - presenting and explaining assessments and how valuation works. Sue looks forward to this transition to being a REALTOR and continuing in her career in real estate. She has a genuine love of people and helping them reach their goals.
