Nicole has proven this to be true by quickly achieving the Royal LePage Diamond Award, recognizing the top 3% of gross commission sales during her first year of being a licensed Realtor® and maintaining this designation each consecutive year. With further commitment to her business, this grew to being welcomed into the Chairman's Club in 2018, a monumental accomplishment for reaching the top 1% of units sold nationally for only the second time at Gardiner Realty, Royal Lepage. With continuous education, training and mentorship, Nicole tirelessly strives to better herself and her business. She prides herself on being a strong negotiator, while maintaining an enjoyable working environment for her clients. Being bilingual, she enjoys serving both french and english clients. During the slow real estate season you can find Nicole enjoying travels or smothering her golden retriever with love.
