Erika recently became a licensed REALTOR® after many successful years in the sales industry. Prior to real estate sales, she had an amazing 10 year career at Balmoral Hall School in sales that involved extensive international travel, focusing on international and local recruitment. She is highly experienced when it comes to customer service, competitive sales, high pressure situations, problem solving and much more. Erika is looking forward to launching into her real estate career head first, and to continue helping clients find the perfect home that is the right fit for them and/or their family. Additionally, the selling of homes can be an exciting, and an emotional time for many folks and Erika feels that her extensive experience working with families during heightened emotional times will serve her well moving forward. After being on maternity leave last year, Erika decided it was time to join her mother, Lisa Raymond, in the real estate industry. Lisa has been a REALTOR® for many years, and they had always planned to team up eventually. Having the expertise and guidance of a seasoned REALTOR® in her corner will continue to be priceless. In her personal life, Erika enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and dog. They all love to escape to the cabin in Gimli whenever they get the chance. Travel has been a passion of Erika's her whole life, and she has visited 35 countries and counting. She also has a passion for home renovations, home decor, gardening, working out, reading and cooking. She has been vegan for 5+ years, as is her husband, son and mother, Lisa. They all enjoy cooking vegan meals daily and trying new vegan restaurants. I look forward from hearing from you if you are thinking of buying or selling, and helping you with any real estate needs!
