Since getting licensed in 2005, I’ve built my real estate career around something simple: taking great care of people. I’ve lived in the Williams Lake region since 2006, and over the years I’ve come to know the communities here inside and out - from 108 Mile to McLeese Lake, and west to Riske Creek, east to Horsefly and Likely. Whether you’re buying your first home, looking for more space for your family, or starting a new chapter, I’m committed to making the process feel smoother, less stressful, and fully supported from beginning to end. My clients often describe me as patient, caring, and willing to go above and beyond. For me, real estate is about more than buying and selling. It’s about service, guidance, and showing up for people when they need it most. That might mean helping arrange movers, getting a lawn mowed, dropping off pizza during moving week, or stepping in to take care of the unexpected details that can make all the difference. A big part of my work is helping families find the right balance between home, lifestyle, and affordability - a place where they can feel comfortable, put down roots, and enjoy the life they’re building. That personal side of the business matters to me. Over the years, I’ve built many lasting relationships with clients, and earning that kind of trust is one of the most meaningful parts of what I do. Outside of real estate, family is at the heart of my life. I’ve been married to my husband, Ben Hinsche, since 2007, and together we’re raising our two children, Clayton and Braidey. Between rodeo weekends, dirt biking, and life with three horses, there’s never a dull moment - and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
