Saira is the owner of the Modern Real Estate Team and is on a mission to offer the best real estate services to home buyers and sellers in Victoria’s Capital Region. She started her real estate career in 2009 and co-founded the team in 2014 as a better way to serve her growing client base. She’s known for her business acumen, love of spreadsheets and systems and desire to help those around her. Saira is a Master Negotiation Expert, former Toastmaster and empowers clients to make great decisions with their real estate. Saira is a supporter of the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation which funds women’s shelters and domestic violence prevention programs. Born and raised in Victoria, Saira now resides in Oak Bay with her husband and two young kids. When she’s not working, she enjoys hiking and spending time with family.
