Rich is a true, born and raised Victoria man! Family, friends, and community have made him who he is today, and for that he is deeply grateful and proud to call this city his home. Rich comes with an extensive background in building, home inspection, and had previously owned a local electrical company for over 20 years. However, his heart has always been in Real Estate, and he felt like it was time to break into this new role. Every experience and role that Rich has had throughout his career(s) has contributed to a very natural transition into the Real Estate world, and in turn has provided a unique knowledge base and a vast amount of value to any buyer/seller client that he works with today. "Being a Realtor provides me with so much more opportunity to keep connected with my neighborhood, friends and community... and in return, I get to enjoy meeting and building relationships with new people! This is something that's really important to me !" He is the proud Father of two children and daddy to a Greyhound and a Shorkie. His passion is racing cars, and playing hockey, music, and golf as well as the occasional triathlon. He also gives back to the community by coaching local soccer and softball teams, as well as sponsoring and supporting his parents as premier coaches for Special Olympics Curling and BC Junior Girls Curling Teams.
