Commercial Real Estate advisor specializing in investment properties, owner/occupier sales, land assembly's and Tenant and Landlord leasing representation, Erin joined the Royal Lepage Commercial team in the fall of 2021 having previously worked for the Colliers and Cushman & Wakefield Brokerages in Victoria. Born and raised here, Erin graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Ryerson University in 2005 before embarking on a successful journalism career for the better part of a decade before transitioning to real estate in 2015. Erin brings a diverse breadth of experience across all asset classes having been involved in investment, industrial, retail and office transactions during her career. With a deep knowledge of the local commercial real estate landscape and players in the industry, digging up off market opportunities is one of her greatest strengths. With a client focused but deal driven attitude, Erin strives to bring integrity and market expertise to every transaction no matter the size.
