Hi, I'm Tim Ayres. I have been in the real estate business for over 13 years (licensed December 2004) and I would like to think that I take an active, personalized approach to serving my clients, as no two situations are ever the same. I moved to Sooke from the Vancouver area in 2005 to start a new career and new life on the Island.
