Having been a realtor since 2009, when they say love your work, then you will find pleasure in mastering it, Denise can testify to that. Over the years, she has bought and sold all facets of real estate and this experience has provided her with valuable skills that she uses daily. Her success is based almost exclusively on referrals and she values the trust that her clients place in her. The one statement that is echoed over and over about Denise, is that she is brutally honest with her clients. Not one to sugar-coat anything in life, this characteristic carries through with her clients. She is truthful with sellers about their property and will never tell them what they want to hear to get her sign on their lawn. She uses her expertise and understanding of the market to sell her their home. For her buyers, she always says “buying a home is like on-line dating, the pictures can trick you, seeing it in person is critical for you to be able to swipe left or right:” Denise has lived and played in the interior of BC her whole life. She is married to Trent and they are the proud parents of 3 beautiful children, Mykayla, Mathew and Jessica. In her free time, Denise loves to travel and spend time with family and friends.
