Norm Davies Personal Real Estate Corporation is a seasoned Realtor whom has received Royal Lepage's Red Diamond, Diamond, Director's Platinum & Gold Awards and is a continued Royal Lepage Award of Excellence recipient - as well as Royal Lepage's Top Tier Realtor Recognition for years running. Educated at UBC in agricultural land valuation, Norm has successfully represented clients in large land sales and acquisitions throughout the South Okanagan and Border Country including orchards and vineyards in the 4 to 20 acre range, bare land in the 24 through 150 acre range (with various zonings including Resource Area, Forestry/Grazing and Agricultural) and industrial parcels with and without commercial buildings (including warehousing, industrial service and gravel pits). Norm has also successfully represented developers throughout the subdivision, servicing and sales process of numerous residential development lots. Norm now owns and manages a thriving vineyard that has produced fruit for numerous award winning wines in the South Okanagan for over a decade. This has given Norm first hand experience in evaluating and understanding the needs of fellow landowners - from sunrise to sundown. Further experience includes land re-zoning, OCP designation changes, commercial property management and construction management.
