With 15 plus years as a Real Estate Agent, I've had lots of experiences. Mostly good but some were challenging. The important part is that with good negotiation skills, patience and situational experience, most problems can be dealt with successfully. I'm a believer in that. I find one of the most important skills i have is listening to what my clients need and want. I'm not in real estate to swamp my clients with my ideas. I also know that, whether buying or selling, it's a process that can be very frustrating and I'm very calm and patient. We will get through this!
