Richard is a local agent who has lived on Vancouver Island since he was very young. He is the lucky father of two wonderful daughters. Family is very important to Richard and he is currently engaged to the love of his life. When not working, Richard enjoys most things outdoors. When he isn't doing coaching you will likely find him in one of the local arenas as he's a bit of a rink rat! With almost two decades worth of sales related experience including over 8 years in real estate, Richard is fluent with the central Vancouver Island real estate market.
