Carlee Jahelka has always viewed the world with a unique perspective, questioning the status quo and continually looking for opportunities to provide a better approach. The Jahelka Real Estate Group provides boutique real estate sales, project marketing , and advisory services on Central Vancouver Island. Carlee takes a goal-based approach where she starts with the end in mind and helps clients determine how Real Estate can be effectively used to help them achieve their optimal lifestyle. Carlee prides herself on her accessibility and commitment to exceptional service and is committed to building long-term relationships with clients where she will be relied on as their trusted Real Estate advisor for years to come. After growing up in Nanaimo, Carlee learned the residential Real Estate business working alongside some of Vancouver’s top Realtors, where she soon established a name for herself as she learned the sophisticated strategies and tactics used to effectively market properties, close transactions quickly, and most importantly to ensure that the process was as stress free as possible for her clients. Working exclusively in commercial Real Estate prior to joining Royal LePage, Carlee co-managed a portfolio of approximately 125 listings, including development sites, commercial and industrial sales, and leasing, as well as business sales. Carlee has experience working with foreign investors, having worked alongside immigration consulting firms to facilitate transactions through the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) program.
