I bring to real estate, my strong background in A1 Quality customer service in sales and always a conscientious approach. The cornerstones of my past success are integrity, respect, honesty, trust in long-term relationships with clients. I am very comfortable with the fact that my skills as a negotiator are one of my strongest assets, which I will use to my clients benefit. I like to think outside the box when some business becomes challenging and find ways to a positive result. I would have to say my biggest passion is assisting Sellers and Purchasers to the finish line and having long term relations after our business is completed. The skillset I have nurtured through the last 14 years practicing Real Estate is the reward of hard work and listening to my clients wants and needs. In the scope of this business, I am always staying on track, whatever market conditions come along. I believe working as a team will always be the most advantageous way to attain a result that clients deserve. For personal pleasure my wife and I love to cruise. We also enjoy gardening and taking care of our home. My wife and I live in West Kelowna and we love Central Okanagan and all it has to offer! I am proud to call West Kelowna my home town!
