I've enjoyed practicing Real Estate sales for over 35 years as primarily a residential realtor, but comfortable with the IC&I market as well. Clients and peers alike appreciate my forthright, honest manner. I always put the their interests first, helping them make the right buying/selling decision which often includes steering them away from making the wrong decision. I'm not a broad stroke kind of guy, so that when the details are important, I'm already on top of it. In describing my personality, I'd say I'm affable, positive, humorous and quick-witted. In lifestyle, I'd describe myself as very fit, eat mostly organic--but delicous--food, excellent cook, and enjoy playing guitar and piano.
