His honed skills directly carry over to the Real Estate business through marketing his Clients’ homes, understanding building and materials, negotiation techniques, and Real Estate investment. Providing first-class customer service and maintaining standards of communication are Chris’ ultimate goals with every Client. For Chris, treating Clients with care and pleasing their individual needs so they feel their expectations have been exceeded are the foundations for success. Chris strives to always be on top of current market conditions, knowledgeable about local neighbourhoods, offer cutting-edge marketing techniques, and be an expert negotiator, while protecting his Client’s best interests. Coaching and training hundreds of local realtors for over 6 years gave Chris an amazing lens into the various types of agents, business styles, and backgrounds of the realtors in our market. He was able to help dozens of agents build successful businesses in the industry and continues to work with them on projects and collaborate on deals. As an avid outdoorsman, Chris spends his free time with his beautiful wife, Cheryl, and their 4 kids, in nature travelling, camping, hiking, fishing, and mountain biking. He plays and coaches lots of team sports and enjoys racing in Triathlons and Ironmans. To relax you'll find Chris reading, cooking, enjoying live music, and watching stand-up comedy shows.
