Raised in Fort Saskatchewan, AB Mom of three, Grandma of three Worked for Elk Island Public Schools as an EA and volunteer for several years, specialized in working with Autistic children and children with special needs Joined the team at Alberta Conservation Association(ACA) where I worked with Corporate Partners in Conservation, where I created partnerships that provided financial support for conservation programs and land purchases. I was privileged to be able to work towards the protection and enhancement of fisheries, wildlife and habitat of our beautiful province we call Alberta. From ACA I moved back to an education setting and worked for Lakeland College, as a fund development officer. This was an exciting opportunity as Lakeland is one of the most recognized agricultural colleges in Alberta and Canada, that has grown to provide courses in Green Energy, Oil and Gas training as well as university transfer programs.. Opportunity knocked again with the economic downturn and I was able to accomplish a lifelong goal of obtaining my real estate licence.
