Early on in my pursuit for a business degree at the University of Alberta, a broken ankle brought my plans to a halt, requiring me to get surgery and take time off in order to make a full recovery. During that time, I looked to gain some work experience and stumbled into my first sales job with the Automotive Industry. This is where I learned the importance of understanding the needs of my clients and building long lasting relationships. For the following 10 years, I climbed the corporate ladder, working in various leadership roles only to realize that helping people on a bigger scale is where I needed to be - bringing me to Real Estate. One of the reasons why I chose Real Estate is because being a homeowner can change your life. You are no longer at the mercy of a landlord, having to follow rules, get routine check ups, or possibly needing to move on a moment's notice if they decide to sell or rent to someone else. You now get a return on one of your most expensive costs of living and protect yourself from inflation. As you pay down your home, it will also gradually go up in value over time, building you more equity and wealth. In addition to all these financial benefits, your home is yours. Being a homeowner is a lifelong dream for many but it doesn't have to be. I want to help as many people as I can to reach this goal and fulfill their desires.
