My 3 Guiding Principles:
1. Professionalism - I have over 34 years of experience as a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and a contracts specialist. I've provided management advisory support to staff at all levels including executive management. As a licensed professional REALTOR® I will provide timely, complete financial advice and information on the home buying and selling process. I will ensure my clients have the critical information available in advance and throughout their transaction to make their best decisions.
2. Patience - I fully acknowledge the importance of being patient and to recognize the stressful emotions during this important step of my clients' lives. I will manage my schedule to ensure I am available to assist clients to fully understand the real estate marketplace and address their concerns. I want ensure they are comfortable and ready to move ahead with buying or selling their home.
3. Passion - My desire is to provide 5-Star service to coach and mentor individuals and to pass along my life experience. I enjoy working with young people, families and volunteer with a number of local not for profit organizations. I strive to create lasting relationships and assist others to achieve their goals.
